  • Terms & conditions for refund?
    1. You can ask for refund against any of your order within 7 days of receiving the product.
    2. All refunds will be initiated once we receive the product at our end.
    3. If you are a guest user, you will need ot register your account with the email address with which you placed the order.
    4. For any query, regarding this, you can write to us at care@dressprise.com

  • How shall I place request for refund?
  • Please write to us at care@dressprise.com in case of any refund related queries. Please do use the same email id and mention order id and transaction reference number.


  • How long will it take to refund?
  • We will initiate the refund process after we receive the product from your end. And, the refund process will take 3-5 days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the same.


  • Where should I return my product?
  • You will have to self-ship your returns. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage to the product.You shall courier the box to us at the following address :

  • I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
  • The refund process will take 3-5 days after initiation. Request you to drop an email to us at care@dressprise.com post the expected refund time.
